Questions and answers

How do validated claims reach my back office?

The way your claims already arrive. Each validated claim comes back as a report, in PDF or in the format your systems read, by email or straight into your back office. There is nothing new to log into.

Do I have to act on every flagged claim?

No. A flag marks what deserves a closer look and explains why, with the evidence and the rule behind it. You decide whether to accept, review or route the claim to your experts or ours, within your own process.

Can I use my own experts for the complex cases?

Yes. Complex cases can go to your own experts or to Klaim’s certified experts. Either way the report gives them the evidence and the reasoning so far, so nobody starts from scratch.

How does Control support my workflow?

It sits between the incoming claim and your back office and changes nothing on either side. Your policy terms and partner contracts become the rules it applies, so every claim is checked the same way.

What will you do with my data?

Validate your claims, and nothing else. Your data stays in the EU and stays yours. Klaim learns from our experts, never from your data.
